Original vintage plastic top from a 1960s Farfisa Combo Compact transistor organ. Red color, made in Italy. This piece shows cosmetic wear and tear plus some discoloration throughout, as well as a few cracks along the sides (see photos) but it’s structurally solid and in good shape overall - perfect for replacing the damaged or missing top from your Farfisa organ.
