Repairs and Restorations
We offer pro studio and touring grade repairs and restorations for vintage electro-mechanical pianos and extremely select vintage synthesizers. We also do world class bespoke custom builds.
All clients must fill out an instrument check-in form (link at the bottom) if they want to get their instrument in for repair. There are no exceptions to this rule. Repairs are accepted at our discretion due to very high demand. Apologies in advance if you don't hear back from us. We do our best, but we're very busy!

IMPORTANT NOTE! If you have a synth, combo organ or other rare vintage keyboard, feel free to fill out an instrument check-in form, but it's unlikely we'll be willing to accept your repairs.
Repair Policy

$250 minimum which must be paid before the instrument is delivered to the shop. This covers an hour of labor plus consumables and basic parts. We will assess the instrument for further work, plus do any repairs which can be completed within the hour.

Our rate is $200/hr, plus parts. Rush jobs (turnaround within 10 business days) are $400/hr, plus parts.

Our shop is open by appointment only! Customers that turn up without having arranged a time will be turned away, no exceptions.
Repair Process

Once the form received and we're ready to accept your repair, you will receive an invoice for your first hour, mentioned above.

Once paid, we will contact you to schedule a drop off time.

After the initial one hour is completed we will contact you to approve an estimate for further work, which will be completed in the order recieved.
